At Curious Dreamers, we champion creativity, curiosity, and imagination through expert-led consultancy, mentoring, and training for industry professionals, educators, students, children, and young people. Our vision is to nurture creative thinkers, storytellers, and innovators through play, experimentation, and collaborative creation. Central to this mission is our commitment to championing and nurturing Women in Film and Television, and supporting female talent across directing, writing, design, and production within animation and screen industries.

Our Creative Director, Sacha Kyle — a play specialist and LSX International Fellow — leads sessions worldwide on screen skills, animation, film, digital content creation, music, creativity, and play, with a strong focus on inclusive practice and empowering underrepresented voices. Composer Giles Lamb brings award-winning experience across film, TV, and games, delivering masterclasses in soundtrack composition, cinematics, and immersive sound.

Working at the intersection of music, art, and science, our work explores how creativity and play can spark powerful new stories and more equitable creative futures. We have partnered with leading organisations including Screen Scotland, ScreenSkills Education Curriculum, the National Film and Television School, The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Imaginate, Starcatchers, the University of Dundee, the Children’s Media Conference (UK), the Children’s Media Association (New York), the International Schools Theatre & Media Association (worldwide), and Hyper Island (Sweden)—delivering cutting-edge sessions in storytelling, production, animation, film, TV, and music.
